Back in late high school / early college, I used to let my health & fitness goals define how I lived my life. I had an awful relationship with food, spent way too long in the gym, and constantly felt burnt out as a result of my pursuit for perfection.


Knowing what I know now, I am blessed to be able to provide others with everything I wish I knew back then. With this, my aim is to help individuals create long-term sustainability, and truly use health & fitness to feel alive not deprived. 

Because the mind and the body are so interconnected, it is absolutely crucial to put mental health on the same pedestal as physical health. Therefore, I advocate that your journey should fit into your lifestyle, not vice versa. I believe that achieving your health & fitness goals should never involve confusion or overwhelming sacrifice.
